Sierra Brookes has written a vivid report on her experience at the Wilton Community Garden. She calls her plot a potager (French for “kitchen garden”). Its bountiful harvest is shared with families that use the The Open Cupboard Pantry, which serves those who need food assistance in Wilton, Lyndeborough and Temple.
Sierra and her husband Chas have been working their garden since the founding of the Wilton Community Garden 5 years ago. They have produced a jewel! Read more here.
